BIO:
Dr. Jay W.S. Baxley is originally from Ft. Walton
Beach, Florida and has made the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex his home
since 1993. He graduated from Baylor University in 1982 and received
his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in
Dallas in 1986. Dr. Baxley is a member of the American Dental
Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Ft. Worth District Dental
Society.
Dr. Baxley maintains a technologically advanced
private practice in Arlington, TX with emphasis on the restoration of
fully edentulous patients with implant retained prosthetic devices. He
has extensive experience in the use of CT Guided Surgical Design using
NobelBiocare’s Procera Software System. Dr. Baxley has published
articles on everything from Dental Technology to Informed Consent and
has recently teamed with the renowned Ladera Ranch Implant Institute to
train other dental professionals on how they can integrate implantology
into their own dental practices.

Dress Code
The requested dress code
for the course is Business casual for the lecture portion of the course (no
jeans please).
We request that you dress in business professional on the Surgery
Day – Men with White Shirts and Tie.
Lab Coats will be provided during the
surgery day.
