The courses are taught by Dr. Brian Kerr and Dr. Mike Giesy -

The lecture portion of this course will be held at the Canterwood Golf and Country Club. (November 1^st and 2^nd 7:30am – 4:30pm) **Please note the dress code will be enforced by Canterwood.

Note: The entrance is attended by a guard. Tell the guard that you are attending a course being held at the clubhouse.  After entering the gate, proceed straight ahead past the stop sign and park in the clubhouse parking.

From Seattle/Tacoma: From I-5, take the Highway 16 Gig Harbor/Bremerton exit, cross the Narrows Bridge and proceed to the Burnham Dr exit.  Yield into the ROUND ABOUT and take the 3rd RIGHT, which will be Canterwood Blvd.  Proceed up hill about a mile and half; as the road bends to the LEFT, Canterwood’s main entrance will be on the RIGHT.

From Bremerton: Take Highway 16 to the Purdy exit.  Continue to the first signal light, which will be 144^th and turn LEFT.  Proceed up hill about a mile to 54^th Ave NW and make a RIGHT.  Canterwood’s main entrance will be on the LEFT about 1 mile.

The Surgery portion of the course will be held at the office of Dr. Brian Kerr in Tacoma, WA.

Dress Code

The requested dress code for the course is Business casual for the lecture portion of the course (no jeans please). We request that you dress in business professional on the Surgery Day – Men with White Shirts and Tie. Lab Coats will be provided during the surgery day.
